CNC Double-head Precision Cutting Saw
設備特點：
－主要用于太陽能鋁合金型材的高精度切
割下料。
－進給系統采用進口直線導軌副，精度
高，穩定性好。
－右機頭移動采用高導程滾珠絲杠運動形
式，傳動精度高，定位準確，工作平穩。
－兩鋸頭可自動轉換角度，實現45°、
90°型材的角度切割。
－硬質合金鋸片，加工精度高、耐用度高。
－進口直線軸承運動副，確保切割精度。
－高精度主軸，鋸片轉動穩定。
－氣液阻尼缸實現進給調速均勻，運動平
穩。
－自動開合防護罩使工作安全方便。
Equipment Features:
－Mainly used for high precision cutting solar
aluminum profile.
－The feeding system adopts the imported linear
guide pair, with high accuracy and stability
－Right head feeding adopts high helical pitch ball
screw-lead motion, with high ac curate driving, locating
and smooth working.
－Two saw heads are adjustable and cut the profiles
