鋁型材重型數控雙頭切割鋸
Double-head Precision Cutting saw CNC
設備特點：
－主要用于太陽能鋁合金型材的高精度切割下料。
－使用硬質合金鋸片，外徑可達Φ500，線速度高，加工精度高。
－右機頭進給采用高導程滾珠絲杠運動形式，傳動精度高，定位準確，工作
平穩。
－該機采用數控技術，可完成型材不同規格尺寸的自動下料。
－機床工作時，兩鋸頭鋸片可同時進行切割，亦可單獨切割。
－鋸片可擺成45°和90°的需要角度。
－鋸片由下向上，鋸切型材更安全可靠，而且鋸切高度和鋸切寬度都很大。
Equipment Features:
－Mainly used for high precision cutting solar aluminum profile.
－The use of carbide saw blades, diameter up to 500 dia,
line of high speed, high precision machining.
－Right heads feeding adopts pitch ball screw-lead motion,
with high accurate driving,locating and smooth working.
－This machine uses the numerical control technology, profiles
of different specifications can be completed automatically
under the expected size.
－Machine during operation, two saw blade can cut, can
separate cutting.
－The saw head can be set to 45 degrees and 90 degrees
need angle.
－The blade from the bottom to the top, sawing profile is more
safe and reli able, and the cutting height and cutting width
are large.
